Be-tech Hand Held Receiver

ACR 128 encoders for encoding Be-tech Mifare Hotel locks cards.
All the cards such as the Guest cards, House keeping cards, Master cards, Room setting cards, Time cards, Data cards etc can be encoded using the Lock management software. . |
Hand held receiver is used for downloading the lock events from the lock memory. Entry records of Guests, House keeping staff, Master card user or Manual key can be received and printed out. The report will give you the time and date of lock opening. Hand held receiver can also be used for setting up Room numbers, uploading time to locks, finding battery life, etc from multiple locks.
Though not mandatory, it is a recommended accessory. |
Be-tech Elevator Controller
Be-tech Elevator Controller is installed in the Lift panel. Only the authorized persons having the Room cards and the staff can access the floors of the hotel. The Controller can be either programmed, so that the guest card is shown on to the control reader and the desired floor button is pressed or, once the card is shown it will stop only at the particular floor where the room is located. Common floors can be accessed by pressing the button on the lift controller. Though not mandatory, it is a recommended for extra security.

Be-tech Door Controller
Be-tech Door Access controller is installed in all the common access areas of the guest staying in the hotel like the Gym and Swimming poll area. The Guest cards made from the BIS software alone will be given the access to these areas and thus discouraging others from entering.

BIS Lock Management Software
BIS Lock Management Software is an error free software used at the Front office of the Hotel. The data base can be either MS Access of SQL for multiple computer usage. BIS is integrated with most HMS software and it can be easily integrated to any HMS software.
